Me too, I'm doing W5R3 on Sunday. I'm sure we can do it!
No fears (both of you)! By now you should be realising that this programme really works - all the preparations of each week make you ready for the one that follows. You'll be just fine - you're doing just fine: keep plodding on, slowly and steadily allowing your body to recover without pain or strain. The longer runs are ahead and you'll really get a chance to find a pace and stride that suits you. Hang in there, well done for all you've achieved so far... The best bits are just ahead of you .
