Back on the treadmill.....or the road, really

Ok. I completed the C25K programme last year and managed to get up to running 5k in 28 mins. Then I managed to injure my leg whilst running in Central Park on holiday (real mood killer that). Anyway, after a few months of inactivity I've decided to get back on the programme. I decided (perhaps foolishly) to start at the beginning of running Week 5. Have just got back from completing Run3 of Week 5 and feel surprisingly good. Am now looking forward to kicking on and completing the rest of the programme!
