Otherwise known as RFBR, it's not the couch to 5k programme as such but similar. I am sticking with Laura BUT the book is an excellent motivator and anti-procrastination tool and incredibly funny too! Try a sample on kindle or her free e-book which is called 24 Reasons to Run
Has anyone read Run Fat B*tch Run by Ruth Field? - Couch to 5K
Has anyone read Run Fat B*tch Run by Ruth Field?
I googled it but couldn't find it. Wheree can I download the e book from?
Hello - here is the link fro,m Amazon amazon.co.uk/Run-Fat-Bitch-... I didn't want to use the full title because of the naughty word - that might have hindered your search! I love the song 'run fat btch, run fat btch run run run' to the tune of Run Rabbit, I think thats in the 26 Reasons to Run rather than the full book. I hope you enjoy it!
I have read RFBR and 26 reasons to run and found them both really inspirational and motivational. I got both as a kindle version from Amazon. I've also read running4beginners which is a good book too.
Think the RFBR mantra got me through this morning's milestone run.
I've just found 26 reasons to run on Amazon, downloaded it so will give it a read over the weekend! Haha, can just imagine me running the streets chanting 'Run fat bitch run' now, may be better than 'come on. come on' over and over again with a puffing growling tone!
