Still amazed that this is my penultimate run πββοΈ not my favourite run, not sure why but never really got into the happy groove of Monday. I was arguing with myself all the way that I should just dump it and go again another day, but knowing I was already half way and would be busy tomorrow I preserved π if I'd stopped I'd only have to walk home so made sense to plod on.
Ended the run with grin though, managed to pass my 17 year old with his mates -didn't see his reaction, he was in the back of a car, but front windows wound down and gave me the thumbs up π€£
PS: Have mapped the pit and it's 6km, that's there and back down the trail, so something to aim for ... they do a decent brew and breakfast so might have to break it up π
