hi Sandra - my Consultant upped my Fostair some time ago - following hospitalisation for my COPD and Emphasema (my last visit was when I was declared DNR - as it had taken 8 hours for an ambulance to arrive) at 86 years - my wife thought I was a gonna.

However, back to Fostair - upping my dose to 200 does not seem to have had any change for me - except the 'bruises' on my forearms.

In fact, on a call to see a nurse - not a GP - I asked if I could have an extra blue inhaler - as I had to go to my brothers funeral - but she categorically refused - and said I should use my Fostair until my reordering time came around...😪😪😪

Thankyou for you reply.I spoke to my Dr a couple of days ago about Fostair 200/6.

She said they only prescribe that dose for peace that have asma sorry for the spelling it's not usually prescribed for severe COPD so I won't be getting it.

I've tried Trimbo but couldn't get on with that.
