to my fellow cronic pulmonary 🫁 disease sufferers, am totally shocked at the changes in my breathing. Having lost a viciously and continuing cough, racking my throat, its GONE,two gentle coughs and the mucus is dealt with. I have NO gasping for breath, NO panting everytime I do something. Can and do take deep breaths.how?? Bought a humidifier.

shocking me, have to admit. I know very well the cronic pulmonary 🫁 disease is still there, and I know it's creeping up on me. I sure don't want to give into it without a fight.

No I won't give in to my COPD (it's very well controlled at the moment, but I know it will get worse) or my Fibromyalgia, which can be a right bugger at times! Hope you're having a good day and keep smiling. x

Good morning I'm good thanks, getting my eyes tested today, usual check up nothing sinister. I was glued to the tv yesterday. Take care.
