Hello, Terry a mature male from Kamloops BC. I love being out doors, cycling, hiking & going to the gym. Walking with my dog Raven seems to be my favourite times. She gets me out of the house just about everyday. I don’t let this COPD stop me from doing the things I love, but I have had this now for about 2 years & have had this attacks , where I woke up in the morning to go to work & found it very hard to breathe & had these coughing fits. Of course I am a male & did not tell anybody for about 2 weeks & 6 weeks later it was still there with the coughing & hard to breathe. Second time it started out with a head cold, than coughing fits really bad where I-found myself on the floor & don’t remember how I got there. Would really be interested in knowing if anybody would care to share there systems & what I might do for eating habits etc. Thanks a bunch. Keep on smiling.

Have you been diagnosed with COPD and if so what stage? Are you using any inhalers?

Hi Jackdup, so I am at moderate/ service stage & I have been diagnosed with COPD since 2017/2018. I am taking BREO EllIPTA & Spirva Respimat in the morning. Then when needed I use Salbutamol HFA during the day depending on what I am doing.

Do you find the Breo helps? I had tried it but didn’t seem to see much improvement from it but then I guess I don’t really seem to find much improvement from any inhalers. Curious if you know your FEV1% of predicted? Moderate covers from 50%-79% so is a pretty wide range.

Are the waterfalls at Kamloops?
