I am sorry to hear that you have had to go to hospital because of your neighbour's anti-social behaviour. You shouldn't have to put up with this, you say that you called the police and the council and as a consequence you suffered verbal abuse. You should report that to the police. Did you report the fact that you had been hospitalised because of your neighbours behaviour? If not then you should do so. Keep a diary of all the anti-social behaviour and if possible video or make a voice recording of all that is going on. Do you and your neighbour live in a Council property? If so the council have a duty to keep you safe, so keep informing them as well every time it happens. Don't be fobbed off by those in authority saying you should keep your windows shut 24/7! We had problems with a neighbour and kept reporting him to the police and the council, it ended up with the council sending him a letter saying that if he carried on then he would be evicted. That stopped the anti-social behaviour. I sincerely hope that you can get some relief from this behaviour soon. Stay strong. x
the garden man has stoped but I find him very intimidating . but its the local boys and girls who hang around under the my windows everyone and anyone just hang around there to smoke and it comes straight into my flat , and that stuff absolutely stinks and it settles its self on my lungs I do hope that bit that came in last night will not put me back in hospital any day now I think the doctors are expecting me back in a hurry but the thing is I might not came back out as from today I CAN. NOT OPEN THE WINDOWS I WILL OPEN FROM 6 AM TO 10 AM THEN I HAVE TO KEEP THEM CLOSED 😭😩
If I were you I'd report the teenagers to the police, every time they are smoking below your window because it is anti-social behaviour. Have you asked them politely not to smoke there, perhaps they could just move along a bit? I know that teens can be intimidating so if you don't feel comfortable talking to them then get the police involved, maybe if they came along and asked them to move on, the kids would go. It's awful for you to be having this happen daily. I hope that you can get it resolved soon. 🙂
thank you for your support , I have not opened my windows from yesterday I had ring 111 as my breathing felt uncomfortable they were very helpful, today I feel that I need some nebulisers I don't need the hospital so maybe 111 can give me some at home I will see how I feel later I have taken all my medications and drinking lots of water
that pot isnt putting you in the hospital. I know a guy with 4 stage lung cancer that smokes it every day all day, been 3 years now. says its the only thing that keeps hie going. He also still works his ass off going up and down ladders roofing. I just went on Hemp oil to get some breathing relief. Better re check whats causing the exasperation. Or throw a bucket of water on there head just to prove point.
well I. was fine untill they all stared smoking that stinking skunk marijuana , so i will just leave my windows open and let them all fumigate my home ,and my lungs
Your comment is not helpful. Stage 4 lung cancer is not COPD for a start. Smoke of any kind, perfumes, deodorants and air fresheners can have serious consequences for some with COPD. Lung cancer, although affecting the same organs, may affect in a different way, as it seems to have with the guy you know. It is not a simple matter of putting everyone with a lung condition in the same pigeon hole. Conditions are different and so is the effect on individuals.
