Could Trazodone be causing my shortness of breath, even at such a small dose? I dont even have COPD or past health issues

I am very curious to know if Trazodone could be causing my shortness of breath. I dont have copd, but like 2 months after starting 50mg Trazodone for sleep, I started getting palpitations and shortness of breath. The palpitations have stopped, but I still get short of breath and its sucks! I even went to the ER one night, and after full blood work ups, CT scan, and checking my heart, they couldn't find anything! I've been weaning myself down to like a quarter of one 50mg trazodone, and still short of breath😫 is that even possible that trazodone could cause my breathing problems on such a small dose? Any feedback is extremely appreciated

Thanks. Yeah my doc doesn't seem to think Trazodone would do that, even though it is a listed side effect. Had all kinds of tests done and couldn't find anything, so it's been really frustrating to say the least. Much appreciated though.
