Spirometer test result COPD

I am exsmoker not had cigarettes since 2007 today was diagnosed with COPD today. It’s mild COPD if not snake which shall not won’t get any worse ! They could only do I measurement due to trauma to my lips splitting as I blow out of tube! But they said with my back ground I do have COPD

I would like some tips how to manage this condition to improve my symptoms and body else have COPD mildly ?

What type have you got I have mild,/Moderate emphysima and asthma. Gave up smoking December last year. Was you around smokers although you gave up...who told you it should not get any worse

I have to go back in month to do another Spirometer test to confirm COPD but they are sure I do have COPD due to symptoms of shortness of breath and sputum . My husband smoked but now he has gave up but he never smoked in the house. I think may have been pollution ! My surgery because of being mild I have asthma too

Hi had my spirometer test and result is positive have COPD had chest X-ray it was clear. I have had blood tests for defiency of vitamin D all ok. I was told yesterday may be mild - moderate was gutted yesterday very emotional ! I too am going to do mindfulness and yoga x
