was at my PRehab this morning, small nice group , had a few palpitations, but all went well, been told I will be soar tomorrow, hope u all have a pleasant weekend.

Hi Trevor6, good to hear all is going well for you. You may feel a little stiff over the weekend I had flare of my arthritis at Rehab and pain in an existing hernia. Best wishes it works for you and you will make new freinds.
