Hi everyone, I'm recently diagnosed. Does any one else have the swollen feet and legs ? My GP advised me today that they are not ever likely to go back to what they were even though I am taking medication for it.

I do have that problem and I am treated by a cardilogist, with the right meds your feet and legs can come back to normal. I take Aldactone and Torsemide for my fluid problem, it tooks me a few months of getting all excess fluid out the body but I have done it. Yes I do swelling from time to time if I eat something with more salt then I should have but the medicine takes care of it. Make sure you are drinking lots of water as that is the only way these meds work. Best of luck to you

Yes that’s how I was diagnosed with emphysema, I had a dye put in my body to check for lumps and they came across emphysema by accident
