So sorry to hear this. I’m only at stage two, but I still stress over having something that doesn’t seem to get better. I don’t take any pharmaceuticals, though. So I can’t help you with that. I wish I could just tell you to relax, everything will be fine. But, there is cause for concern. I try to remember that worrying doesn’t help. When Mark Twain was old he said “I’ve spent most of my life worrying about things that never happened.” I think instead of all the wonderous things that have happened in my life. People say live each day like it’s your last. Before “this”, I took it monetarily thinking how ridiculous, but know I see the other side. Appreciate everything we have, life is fleeting. Mortality is a part of life, whether we worry or not. A little exercise as often as possible goes a long way. You are still young, enjoy your life. A man like me, 70, sees you as a young girl. Everything is relative, many in this group are in much worse condition. Don’t worry, be happy.
