i joined weightwatchers 2 months ago ive lost 22 pounds i walk every other day did a peak flow test today and noticed its got better and my breathing is much better and lungs clearer i was diagnosed with COPD 4 years ago.

Confession: I haven't been drinking as much water as advised, but I am mindful of staying hydrated, and it does make a real difference. The salt is an important part of that, too.

To marc1966uk Patricia7 here. How did you lose the weight, that is a lot of weight to lose in 2 months? What were you eating please? Did you go to the meetings or did you do it online? . How far did you walk every other day? I would be very interested to hear from you. Thank you Patricia7.
