I have been getting cramps in my arms and wrist, anyone else have that? Thanks for the advice on the 02.

Are you on oxygen 24/7 some times one can get cramps or like a Charlie horse

Hi Bugabuga; Once in a while I will get those cramps in my arms and wrist, I find that if I drink an 8 oz glass to tonic water that has quinine in it. It has helped stop them for me.

Thanks I will try that. I have used a Tbs of mustard for cramps, but it's not working for these.

You can get it at a grocery store.

Yes I do get those and handsand now jaws plus as I said on other feed spasms in diaphragm and back. I also suffer from several bone disease and now on theophylline with Prednisone which they say to expect bone fractures I'm on cane and of course oxygen tank and it's hard to get around I'm on trilogy machine and oxygen at nite and day less I have go get food or meds

Yeah but doc told me use heat pad I'm wondering if thy know as much as ppl on here
