awwww, manda006. We can't have you crying 😢 yourself to sleep. You must know about sitting over a bowl or pan of boiling hot water with a towel over your head to let the steam clear your sinuses. Do this before bed and after you have blown your nose you can use Ayr Saline nasal spray to help keep your nose clear. Hope you can get some rest 💤🌙

I also found it hard to except that I needed oxygen when I sleep or go for a walk. My pulmonary and cardiac physicians convinced me of the potential damage when you don't use oxygen. I use oxygen at night. I take a portable oxygen concentrator with me when I walk. When my nose us stuffed at night, I use two squirts of Flonase in each nostril and or the NeilMed sinus rinse. Best of luck. It was hard for me to accept but supplemental oxygen is now part of my life.

I have a saline mist I use I have to be on oxygen 24/7 or I probably would have a stroke or a heart attack.

I am on ox 24/7 as well. The oxygen protects our organs from damage due to low ox levels. I know it's hard to accept, but for a better quality of life you really need to. You can then begin enjoying things again. It's not about what you can't do, but learning what you can do.

When my nose is stuffed I us e a saline solution that is called "NielMed Sinus Rinse" and if my nose is still stuffed I use I will use a steroid nasal spray Between those two I can keep my nose fairly clear.

If that doesn't work, contact an E N T doctor. (Ear Nose and Throat).

I would add if you must use oxygen then you must use it. It can damage other organs, even your heart and lead to pulmonary hypertension.

It is very critical that you get you "stuff nose" issue solved.

Please do consult with your doctor. This is very important.

I proop my head up while I sleep. It helps to keep my nose clear. And I use a nasal spray before I lay down. I hope you find some relief manda006

I use AYR Nasal Saline spray, it comes in a gel form also but that makes me sneeze. When I need it I also have a prescription nasal spray that the doctor gave me. You should call your doctor and see what he/she recommends but don't go without your oxygen, you doing more harm to yourself.

Ask your doctor about a mask to use instead of the cannula. Maybe that would be an option. I'm on flonase, claritin and singular for allergies so I'm all too familiar with a stuffy nose.

Well being there is a reason for your stuffy nose and it is a cold may be or u need to add a bubbler that is a little clear plastic screw on top with hose connector and it go's between your concentrator and your line and humidity is added to the oxygen and it helps with the oxygen not causing the stuffy feeling I also use at times nose sprays ,try different things ,

sry u feel so bad Manda..I'm on ox 24/7.. I'm so bad that the ox only helps if I'm not moving around but I keep my spirits up by realising things could be so much worse. As the others have said get a water bottle from yor ox co. & use a nasal spray. One of the probs I DON"T have is my nose clogging up..we'll say a prayer for you Manda

I haven't tried the saline that others mentioned. I might have to try it! I use a Nettie pot. It is kinda gross but it really cleans your sinus out. I also use it if I'm around dusty places or out in the wind. It gets all the pollen and dust out so I can breathe. Works great

I also use it when I cry too much. I can't think of anyone that hasn't cried from going thru so many life changes

Try putting some Vaseline on q tip and lightly coat the inside of your nose. Keeps the moisture in your nose.
