Getting group started

Hi, I was diagnosed just over a year ago stage 3. I take Spireva Respirmat, & Brevo. I live in Burnet, Texas and am treated by my pulmonologist; Dr. Hughes, locally. This is a difficult, scary disease. Some days are great some are really hard. Learning to adapt to new limits is difficult having always been very active. Good health & breathing.

I just joined the Health Unlocked site and would like to follow the US group for COPD. How do I go about doing that? From Ohio.

Hi have copd diagnosed in 2015 but didn't believe until a few months ago when I got very sick. I live in Richmond, Virginia. I am 59.
