Hi there Iโm the same as you just canโt seem to get it up Iโm not one who can just spit it out I get it to the back of my throat then no further I know you shouldnโt swollen it but I canโt help it tried alsorts nothing helps
I have used both an Acapella and an Aerobika. For me, the Aerobika works best.John
