Hi My names Brock I'm 45 I was diagnosed with IBS right about 30 after experiencing god awful constipation and very thin / small stools , I wad given a Colonoscopy just between 13-14 years ago now ,and it was negative, thus the IBS ruled , delt with the running to the Bathroom ,stomach pain , etc etc since the days of my diagnosis and my poops have forever been thin ,like pencil or even smaller, about 4 years ago I started having constant upper left stomach pain and as soon as food hit my stomach, I had watery bowel movements and sometimes my liver area , and like most I figured it's just my IBS , well fast forward to a fee months ago , I used to sit on a broken bed to game and kinda sat in a hole and started experiencing really bad lower back pain ,I got a new bed and the bad pain stopped but there was still pain kinda ache at worst but always there. I was a very overweight person so I decided to start losing weight and it wasn't until I decided to start trying that I was losing weight. But since these past few months it seems km losing weight really fast , and about a month and a half ago I had really bad lower stomach cramps ( like I've always had with my IBS and went to the bathroom ,it was hard to go at 1st ,but I went and when I wiped it was separate from the poo on the paper ,but I had some bright red blood , on the paper ,there was noting mixed in with the poop , even on the paper it was like above it , I then started having this like ache all along the bottom of my abdomen , basically my waist , it never really goes away ,I feel it sitting, or bending over , well tonight I had taco bell and it of course sent me to the bathroom and when I got up and looked there was like mucus mixed in with the small soft poop that to my naked eye looked kinda Red ,when I got it on the paper and even held it up to the light it looked just Brown , so I know no one here can diagnosed me or anything like that , but what are the odds I have colon cancer after having a completely clear Colonoscopy less than 15 years ago

it’s probably best to get another colonoscopy done ! 15 years is a long time, your weight loss could be due to worry, I have one every year and a sigmoidoscopy every six months, I had cancer in my lower rectum! a large polyp, that was two years ago so I am checked every 4/6 months , so contact your G P or medical doctor for peace of mind.
