Please tell what is it!

I have been having change in bowel movement since last 2 months with blood in stool. Went to doc who gave meds for stomach bugs for 5 days. Things improved. Also, only for one day i had pain in upper right abdomen. Besides, I also felt continuous discomfort (not pain) in lower abdomen. Sometimes, pain in pelvic area. All those doesn't exist now. Went away without medicines. Constipation is also easing up. But saw very tiny bright one or two red dots on my stool for last 3 days. What's it! I am afraid!! I also suffer from health anxiety and am on anxiety meds for last 1 year.

Thanks for posting with us. Any time there’s blood in the stool, there needs to be a definitive answer. I am sorry you are having to deal with this. I am also proud of you for not ignoring it.❤️👍👏.

What you are experiencing could be caused by many different things. The not knowing is driving your anxiety. Get back to your doc or get a second opinion opinion from a different doctor. If the cause can’t be determined by a physical examination, then perhaps a colonoscopy is in order.

Bottom line, get the answers you are looking for. Please know you are doing the right thing not ignoring symptoms and seeking answers. Exactly the path you need to be on 👍.
