Embarrassing to ask, but can babywipes cause cancer? In ass?

So I used those wet baby wipes (mostly Pampers) to wipe my ass for 20 years, since I was 15. Toilet paper just couldn't get it clean, ass was painful by the end of day and you can't just wash it in school when pooping right after math class...

It became comfy habit until I read they contain camcerous chemicals. Stopped immediately using, but now I wonder If I could get cancer in such area?
