Hi I received these blood test results today but didn’t receive any explanation and wondered if anyone knew if they were within the normal range before I can eventually speak to a doctor.
Also my FIT test came back negative but my calprotectin was raised at 65.
many thanks.

Thanks for posting with us. This test you got is a measure of inflammation. From what I see, results equal to or greater than 8 mg/L or 10 mg/L are considered high. You are <1. So, I think you are ok, but please ask the doctor when you get a chance. The FIT coming back negative is good news. The calprotectin test is also a measure of inflammation. So, when you get a chance to see your doctor and discuss, ask what the next steps are given the numbers. You may need to retest after medication prescribed and move from there.
We do wish you the very best in getting your answers. You are well on your way and doing exactly what you need to be doing. Please let us know what you find out after speaking with your doctor.
