Just had colonoscopy.

After reporting blood in stools for 5 weeks the exam came up clear. My first stools are light in colour and loose with bits of food in (grape skins). Is this normal?

I'm glad you had the colonoscopy and it looks like things turned out well. I know after a colonoscopy it can't take some time for things to get back to normal. I would just go back to eating your regular diet and see if things come back into what you would know as normalo.
