Hello guys!I have hemorrhoids. My hemorrhoids prolapse when i am having a bowel movement and then it goes back inside on its own after 1/2 hours.Sometimes it hurts. But it usually happens once in 1/2/3 months.I had rectal bleeding long time ago only when i had constipation and i strained too much. But i haven’t seen any blood in almost 1 year.Sometimes i had constipation and sometimes my poops were normal.Except all of this i didn’t have any symptoms. But recently for almost one week i am feeling like after having a bowel movement its not clearing.I feel like something is left behind.Sometimes after i poop it remains normal for a few moment and then it comes again. That's why i have to go to toilet frequently but everytime its just small amount of poop but it doesn’t improve.I feel like again i have to go.I don't have constipation now.I took stool softeners and then i had a weird feeling like my stomach were gurgling.I pooped three times and stool wasn’t watery but almost like that maybe because of stool softeners. But i don't have any bleeding or abdominal pain. Its just some discomfort in my abdomen because of the constant urge to poo.I am really worried.I never experienced this. But when i walk or moving i feel like this urge is almost gone i feel normal but when i lie down i feel it again. There is also mild pain and discomfort in my lower back. Can somebody please tell me what's going on?

Hi Art600,
Thank you for posting on Colon Cancer Connected. I hate that you're having to deal with what you have going on. It is good to know that you don't have any bleeding or abdominal pain going on. However, you did say you had some discomfort in your lower back when you lie down. There could be a whole lot of reasons for what you're experiencing. You definitely need to get this checked out with the doctor so you can start eliminating possibilities and get to focus on getting well.
It is difficult when you have these things going on and you try certain things you feel that may remedy what's going on like the stool softeners. I would definitely schedule a visit with your doctor so you don't have to speculate about what's going on. There are many tests that they can put you through to help pinpoint what's going on.
It would be good if you wrote down all your symptoms that you are experiencing so you don't forget anything when you're talking to your doctor. Another good thing to know is if there's a family history of certain medical issues that may be contributing to this. You just want to get everything out on the table so your doctor has all the information he needs to help you get some tests done and hopefully put you on a path to be well very soon. You said you think this might be cancer. Is there a history of cancer in your family? I think that what you are describing could be caused by so many different things and you just need to narrow down what to focus on.
We do wish you all the best and finding answers. I think the doctor is the best way to get those answers quickly. The Internet is definitely not the place to go because that information could be all over the place and not really pertaining to you and your health. You need to specifically find out what's going on with you the doctor is the best way to do that.
Thank you,
