Procedure Update

my colonoscopy went well despite the sharp poking that I felt. I have a tortuous colon of which I guess it has a few more twists and turns than normal. I also have diverticulosis in the sigmoid colon. I had several polyps removed consisting in a range of 3 to 7mm. So I will wait for biopsies on all of them.

I did not directly speak with my doctor afterwards so I am hoping that is a good sign and he is not expecting anything back from the biopsies to be concerned about.

My prep went well. If you can opt for the Mira lax one I would recommend it. A lot of drinking but if you like sports drinks you will do well.

Great news that your colonoscopy went well. You got things taken care of and it was good you had this done.

What about the genetic testing?

Well, I do wish you the best biopsy results. Hope you get positive news.
