Constantly I feel I need a bowel movement, even I already have one, I have piles, never felt that I completely empty my bowel, on doctor diagnosis me with lavatory spasms, disfunction pelvic muscles, but I don't think so, lately I saw my stool with some blood, doctor says you have hemorrhoids and you need surgery, but I'm always have abdominal discomfort, I had colonoscopy 3 years ago and it was okay, actually I start doubting every thing about medical exams and doctors

Thank you for posting in Colon Cancer Connected. I hate to hear you are going through all this. With the blood and abdominal pain, it definitely needs to get looked into further. There are lots of reasons that could be causing your issues and not necessarily colon cancer.
Another colonoscopy may be in order since the other is 3 yrs. old. Personally, I get one every year as a part of my healthcare protocol. I have a hereditary thing going on, so I have to stay on top of it. Things can change quickly.
One "doctor says you have hemorrhoids and you need surgery." Was that from the colonoscopy taken 3 years ago?
It may not be a bad idea to get a 2nd opinion from a different doctor to give another perspective on what's going on. This could give you more confidence in what you are hearing from them.
