Is this blood or food?

Im 24 year old healthy male and I seen this red dots latley in my stool not always though. And im extremely anixous about! There was also red on the toilet paper

I mean the more orangy parts do look like indigisted food but the bright Red dots look like blood, and also the fact that you saw it on the toilet paper further prooves that it might be blood, but it looks really bright Red, so based on your age, And the color of the blood its most likely an issue further down close to the anal maybe anal fissures? Or hemorrhoids. Cancer is the Last thing on your lost of possible conditions, its possible but rare at your age. Do you have family history of any type of cancer or colorectal cancer?

No history of family colorectal cancer but i had papillary tumor removed from my bladder last year.
