Anything out of the ordinary?

Hi all, sorry for the graphic picture first! Does this like anything out of the ordinary? I.e., would you say it’s bloody, normal or diarrhoea, etc.

Had some specs of blood on tissue for around 6/8 weeks now and initially I thought it may be just a cut. Usually have two pretty big poops in the morning by say 11 followed by a couple more throughout the day where it seems more of a struggle to go! Every so often (not every day) I’ll get like a shooting / stabbing pain in my rear before I go to the toilet.

Doctor prescribed docusate initially off the back of a phone consultation as he thought it may be constipation, but wasn’t so sure myself. Since then I seem to be getting stomach cramps whenever I eat (could be brought on by over thinking?) and I’ve got a strange feeling in my throat I can’t really explain (not a lump like feeling).

Have an appointment this week but thought I’d check in to see if anybody thinks I need to get seen sooner.

Thanks
