Whats wrong with my stool

This is stool at current moment and very concerned cause ive been having alot of digestive problems and they couldnt find anything besides oversized stones in gall bladder but i can barely poop and when i donis small and teary or like this woth spots ..plz help amd explain if possible thank you kindly
