i’m a 15 year old male. pretty healthy, barely ever get sick.
about a month ago i had the urge to monitor my stool, and i haven’t stopped since then. sometimes it’s loose, soft, diarrhea, and normal. yesterday i started experiencing abdominal pain & i think bloating. i think this is due to me not eating before my practice, & then practicing out in the hot sun for 2 hours. i also stress a lot. i mean a lot. this doesn’t sound like colon cancer, does it? i haven’t been to the doctor over this. i still have some abdominal pain today, but i think it’s better. i normally have a BM every morning, & this still has not changed. today my BM was thinner & smelled strong. i think it smelled strong because of the pepto bismol i took a few days ago. thanks for any help.

Thank you for sharing and I'm sorry to read about the symptoms you are experiencing. The only way to determine what is going on with your body is for you to see a specialist.
They may want to do a stool test, a breath test, a sigmoidoscopy or a colonoscopy. It depends on how your initial consulatation with the specialist goes.
Your GI system is heavily impacted by stress so the more you stress out, the more intense your GI symptoms/pain will be. I know it is easier to say than do, but try your best to not stress out too much because it can make your symptoms worse.
I would encourage you to reach out to your primary care doctor or depending on insurance, if you do not need a referral, perhaps you can directly reach out to a Gastroenterologist and look to set up an appointment.
