I recently started taking Idelalisib after my Venetoclax stopped working. I have been feeling dizzy pretty much whenever I get up from my chair. I had had a rapid rise in lymphocytes, and I assumed this was causing the dizziness, but now I’m wondering if it’s actually an effect of Idelalisib. Any thoughts/experiences?

The rapid rise in lymphocytes often happens for up to a few months after starting PI3K and BTKi inhibitors (the 'isibs, and 'brutinibs'), that is, inhibitors that block B cell receptor signalling in CLL cells. It's caused by the associated loss of adhesion molecule signalling that is responsible for the migration of CLL cells from the nodes, spleen and bone marrow, into the blood, where they eventually die. I don't recall other members associating this increased lymphocytosis phenomenon with dizziness, but suspect it is more likely due to your anaemia temporarily worsening due to the initial bone marrow suppression, often seen when any treatment commences. What's happened with your haemoglobin and absolute lymphocyte counts respectively?
While idelalisib isn't that much used nowadays, I suspect you'll get more responses if you lock your post, as this post and replies explain
