Hi AllI have had chemo for high grade B cell and Richters Cll. In remission for 2 years but now regressed with nodes in 3 areas. Am on Watch Wait to see how fast growth is. They say possibility of an inhibitor drug called Zanubrutamide if growth of Richters gets faster. Googled drug but says "not very effective with Richters". Has anyone with Richters tried this drug with any good progress? Thank you for any reply.

It's highly likely that this is a slow return of your CLL and that, after 2 years, the Richter's DLBCL is still in remission/cured.
You will need some tests to make sure it is CLL but if it is then unless you previously became resistant to a BTKi such as Ibrutinib or Acalabrutinib when you were treated with them then Zanubrutinib could be a good choice for you.
Fingers crossed that's what it is 🤞

I have not but I am on Pirtobrutinib which is the next generation of BTK inhibitors. When I first has Cll they didn’t have any BTK so they gave me chemotherapy unfortunately that caused me to get MDS but in your situation you had no choice. Bet of luck Dave
