Can Rituximab cause your blood pressure to go high? At the end of a Rituximab treatment blood pressure had gone up quite high and is still high three days later.

During my first rituximab infusion, my blood pressure increased and my scalp was tingling. I didn’t have any problems with the remaining rituximab treatments.

I also had a tingling scalp for about 10 minutes but my blood pressure was unaffected.
