Hi everyone
I had covid in June also with a relapse after taking Paxlovid, and lost 3 KG in weight,no matter how much I eat its staying the same and not going up has anyone else had this problem.

Maybe our age? I'm 75 and have lost weight and muscle mass which also lowers body weight. I'm getting into small hand held weights and walking in place. I want the muscle back, not the fat!😊Sandra
