Have had a runny nose for months and can only attribute this to either CLL- I am in remission- or continuous taking of Acalabrutinib (Calquence). Anyone have same experience?

Have you been checked by an allergy doctor?
I know that a runny nose is a symptom of Covid, but I don't know if it would have continued running for months, or that you wouldn't have had other symptoms as well. Having said that, people can be infected without any symptoms at all.
Have you tested for Covid, to rule it out? (Might take several tests, to be sure.)
I’m on Venetoclax & have the same issue. Blocked sinus in the morning then runny nose all day. I take an antihistamine every day at the recommendation of my Dr but it doesn’t seem to make any difference. It’s been like this for around 8 months now, I’m hoping as we move into Spring in NZ & the weather warms up it will eventually resolve itself. Unfortunately can’t offer any advice here but empathise with you.
Try using a Neti Pot for nasal lavage. It takes a while to get used to the feeling but it really works. Has been used for thousands of years.
