Swollen lymph node in my neck & armpit

I now have a swollen lymph node near my collarbone on my neck which is the size of a hard boiled egg and one under my armpit on the same side which is duck egg size. I’ve had three courses of chemo over the years: FCR, twice and not sure what the third dose was (CVR?) though it didn’t work anyway. 4 yrs of Ibrutinib then 2 yrs on Venetoclex which finished in March this year. Had a bone marrow which had markers (3) of Mylodysplasia (?) syndrome which could turn into an aggressive AML. Now this Wednesday I noticed the two swollen nodes. My blood counts are normal except platelets have dropped from 115 to 87 in a month. Hemiglobin was 126, white cell count 7.1, lymphocytes 3.27, neutrophils 3.47 platelets 87. Just wondering why these lymph nodes are swollen? No temp. Not ‘sick’ not sore to touch. Next BMB in August. See oncologist/haematologist next Tuesday. Any info would be good as I am just a bit concerned I guess. Thanks GeeBee

This is beyond my pay grade but I am glad you are seeing your oncologist on Tuesday. The only advice I can offer is to take someone with you because I have found that while I am reacting to something my specialist says, I miss or misinterpret what he says next.

Glad you are seeing the doc soon. Consider marking them & taking a pic daily, to see if they get larger or smaller over the next few days. Got any waterproof eyeliner?
