Hello family.

I put the results of my first scan that I did yesterday. Tomorrow I have a consultation with my hematologist. What is your opinion?.

A hug.

Compared to 2017, clear decrease in volume of bilateral axillary lymph node formations.

On the left:

We observe ganglia that are subcentimetric with a fatty hilum, the largest is measured

with a small 4.6 mm ax.

Marked decrease in the volume of the mediastinal lymph nodes.

However, the persistence of a right lateral-tracheal lymph node formation 10 mm from the small axis

(2R), multiple small ax 8 mm subcarinal ganglionic formations (chain 7).

Absence of pleuropericardial effusion.

In the parenchymal window:

No bulky injury with negligible damage.

Note the presence of 2 upper left lobar ground glass micronodules measured at 3 mm

Each, respectively, these lesions were already present on the 2017 CT scan and are stable.

Abdominopelvic floor:

absence of frank hepatosplenomagaly.

There are many juxtacentimetric node formations:

- from the celiac region measured to a maximum of 11.7 mm

- of the hepatic hilum measured 16 mm from the minor axis

- retroperitoneal measured 7 mm from the minor axis.

Some strictly stable infracentimetric small mesenteric lymph nodes.

The adrenal glands are thin.

Homogeneous enhancement of the solid organs of the abdominopelvic cavity.

Myomatous looking uterus.

Anatomical variant with pancreas divisum.

Absence of intra- or extrahepatic bile duct abnormalities.

Lack of intraperitoneal effusion.

In bone window:

Absence of suspicion of lytic or condensing lesion detectable in the acquisition volume.

Appearance of compression fracture or flaccidity in T12 superior plateau dyscarthrosis stable due to

compared to 2017.

Conclusion:

Compared to the 2017 images, marked improvement.

Priss, they've given you a complete CT health check here.

Remember none of us are doctors and so your consultation tomorrow is the interpretation that matters. However, it reads like a complete remission from lymphoma to me :)

Only thing of note is that you have a marginally enlarged node at 11.7mm in your coeliac region (normal generally less than 10mm) but sometimes that's just the way it's been measured and you also might have a fibroid in your uterus.

I hope I'm right, best wishes

I have three fibroids in my uterus and a 1 centimeter cyst. Tomorrow I will tell you what the hematologist tells me. I sent the results to my old hematologist and she said she didn't see anything abnormal. I am hopeful.

In the Ricthet group that I did I see that there are people who are resistant to the treatments and it is horrible

It is encouraging that Jackie's summation appears to indicate the probability of success. "Marked Improvement".

Best Wishes for the overview Priss.
