I've been taking this to help my brain - but wondered if I shouldn't? Was taking iron tablets until recently when I saw Dr Berg saying it was bad if you had cancer.

Note that it is a blood thinner, so you should consult with your doctor / reconsider it if you start treatment with any of the BTK targeted treatments.

And whether you should take other supplements like iron, D3 or B12 should be decided by your medical team after testing your blood for the levels of each and then choosing the correct dosage.

I'm taking it 5 days a week. Have not noticed any detrimental effects. I think I started to take it 5 years ago or so.

While, I personally haven't liked that way of treatment, I wouldn't lump them all together. I feel that like all practitioners in the healing arts, you have some that excel and others that may hold different values than good health.
It is important to be effective medical consumers and vet the people as well as the medicines and methods they use. 🙂
