Pain in body

I am on W&W for last 2.5 Yeats. I am 76 years old. I am having body pain for last three years. Can it be related to CLL. My WBC went over 10000 in 2018 but I was advised of CLL in 2021.

I am 72 and been on w & w for 10 years. I also have had constant muscle type pain in my upper body/shoulders for several years. Not severe pain, just a low grade type of pain, though it is constant; 24hr/day. I just learn to live with it.

Hi

I was having tons of body pain that gradually deteriorated over a couple of years.

That lead me to ask a fellow physician which labs to order for an evaluation for a rheumatoid condition.

All that turned up was CLL and although my CLL docs say it’s not connected, I still have it after 13 years and there’s been no logical explanation for me . Hope you can get yours sorted out

Good luck and God bless

May be related to chronic inflammation. No harm in trying to reduce as much as possible. The usual suspects, sleep, clean water, avoid smoking, alcohol, get exercise, eat a Mediterranean ish diet. Consider Turmeric and other nutritional anti-inflammatory. (all in cnjuction with treating personnel, of course).

I also have body pain and have had CLL since 2010 and have been treated with V for 2 years and R. Any doctor who says it's not related to CLL should not be saying that, They should all shrug their shoulders like my specialist says "we don't know, perhaps it is related or perhaps not". No medico specialist can tell us what the long term effects are for taking Veneteclax or ibrutinib etc etc or the covid vax or whatever-the data may become apparent in years to come but these meds have not been around long enough to know the long term effects
