You should also get a supply of respirator (masks) FFP-2 or 3 and wear them in the airport, on the plane and whenever in a crowded room or restaurant.

the ones with an exhaust valve (the small square plastic box on the front) are best for long flights. They protect you, the wearer but not anyone else from your exhale.

be careful with insect bites. Many with CLL, including me report significant reactions and I always need antibiotics.
Note that Dengue, aka Break Bone Fever, has now become endemic in the Caribbean.
This is spread by a mosquito bite, and is often a very long lasting disability.
Additionally a second attack of Dengue can be extremely serious.
Luckily there is now a new vaccination for Dengue which you can obtain even in the UK, but you would need to search for this.

From the literature:-
While Dengvaxia is the only U.S. vaccine, the European Union, the UK and Brazil have a second shot, QDENGA, that doesn't require previous infection and is approved for the prevention of dengue fever from all four subtypes of the virus.
