I actually have Waldenstroms macroglobulinemia with associated fairly severe neuropathy. I read somewhere it's very similar to CLL with similar or same treatments?Fully diagnosed about 2 years ago, now apparently backdated to 2016 when the monoclonal peak was discovered. Treatments tried; Dexamethasone alone several months. (Some neuropathy recovery 👍, but with side effects). 2. Rituximab alone. Effective. Neuropathy much improved, but relapse after relatively short period (3 months). Now newly started on Rituximab+ Ibrutinib. I 'm not feeling any response yet with the neuropathy but my monoclonal spike is going down! 👍
