A periodic thank you

Just a word or two of thanks to the wonderful CLL Support administrators and volunteers on this site. Their true dedication (and sometimes patience) in providing answers, current theories and/or showing members the alternatives etc. is certainly much appreciated. Thank you ladies and gentlemen!

I'll second that! A brilliant resource. And all that knowledge is dispensed for free. I trust the advice of the expert patients on this site as much as I trust my CLL specialists.

Yes I must agree, this site has been the silver lining of this CLL dark cloud. May we all stay grateful & ready to help other CLLers. Having someone walking in your same shoes is truly a GODSEND. Thank you All❤️❤️❤️

Awksom,

Thanks for a great reminder of what we take for granted. They are the best.❤️

☝🏼This, A million times THzuS. Thank you for posting, it is not said often enough. I can be so upset, awfulizing and catastrophizing symptoms or numbers and then I’ll read a post or be given a link from one of these wonderful, knowledgeable volunteers and it was just what I needed to give me information or something to hope for. My very first post was actually reaching out for hope. At the time, my children were still young and I was incredibly frightened. These wonderful folks gave me hope that day and throughout the years have given me both information and inspiration.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Couldn’t agree more. So thankful for the amazingly knowledgeable administrators and volunteers and all the time they must spend with their help. It is so appreciated.

I don’t think I’ve ever posted, but I’m always reading… even now in the midst of my IVIG.

Thanks so much!

Agreed! Many thanks to all who give their time and energy so generously, often at times of personal difficulty when both are in short supply.

YES, YES, YES I agree and echo all the previous sentiments. I don't know what I would do without HEALTHUNLOCKED!

Yes, yes to all that has been said. And let's not forget they give of their time and knowledge while they are going through their own difficulties with this illness we share. Chris Dwyer, aka CLLCanada, a legend on this forum and to the CLL community for his advocacy, was responding to posts up until the last few days of his life. Much gratitude to you all.

It's taken me almost two years since diagnosis (and I'm still on Watch and Wait) to calm down and not catastrophize everything. My calm period began when I discovered this online support website and realized I was not alone, not at all, and that there are people "out there" who understand and empathize. And who can provide wonderful, dependable insights and information. I am so grateful to you all.

There really are no words to express my appreciation and thanks to these wonderful, wonderful people. You keep us up to date on new treatments, clinical trial results, etc. and as a result, I always go well prepared with my list of queries when I see my hemotologist. Your encouragement and your thoughtful responses are invaluable and if you lived in my neck of the woods, I would drop off a batch of gluten free brownies (my specialty- haha). Many, many thanks.
