So sorry we shall miss this, travelling home from home on 25th. Will it be available to view later?

Yes, the key parts of the conference will be recorded, and will be on our website shortly afterwards.

I would love to attend but I don't think it would be wise for me to attend a conference with no covid antibodies . Just wondering how others feel about this. Will everyone be masking? If CLLers feel confident to attend an in person conference, am I getting it all wrong by shielding 90% of my life?

Is this conference a sign of normality having returned?

I’m with you. I would not feel safe attending or travelling on public transport to attend. I have just completed treatment and the advice from my consultant is to still take care. Covid hasn’t gone away.

Hi Eucalyptus22. Of course, everyone must assess their own level of risk, and we fully appreciate that. This will be our third conference since November last year, and attendances have been almost up to pre-Covid levels, so we do see a need for them. All trustees attending have CLL, some on treatment, some post treatment and some on W&W. We will all test on the morning of the conference, and suggest that everyone does in order to offer some reassurance.
