I was on Imbruvica for a few years with very little side effects, fatigue and headaches.
I had them and they were hardly noticed. I have been off the Imbruvica over a year and now my headaches are back and they are painful. Is there anything that help relieve the headaches??

I take it that you are still on a drug holiday, that is back in watch and wait? In that case, the headache will not be related to your past treatment with Imbruvica. Please see your GP/PCP doctor to work out why you are having headaches. I hope they can help.
In my journey with CLL, I have found it best to follow a two path effort to track down the cause of any malady. I ask my CLL doc and my GP about the malady and what might be the cause. If my CLL doc doesn’t think it’s CLL, I focus on the GP.
My usual question is: if I didn’t have CLL, how do you recommend I follow up? Who do I see next? What test would be appropriate?
Headaches can be caused by stress (the wait and worry time can be stressful), being dehydrated, needing new glasses, needing more caffeine in the morning, migraines (many different triggers).
And headaches can be debilitating. It’s hard to just carry on when your head hurts.
I hope you can find the reason why you are experiencing headaches.
