I have a few Q’s. I had a Hysteroscopy and 2 other procedures done on Friday the 13th. The surgery was not completed as the surgeon cut a small hole into my uterus. I was sent home and returned the same day due to extreme lower abdominal pain. I was discharged on Tuesday, once it was ruled out that there were no other cuts except for the uterus. I have a 10 x 8 centimetre Hematoma. The surgeon feels that I do not need blood thinners. Do I need to be concerned about this hematoma and the CLL ?
Best Wishes to Everyone 🦋

This is a question you should ask your CLL specialist! I hope your surgeon conferred with them first, but I know that doesn't always happen. You haven't completed your profile, so I can't quickly see whether you are on treatment or what your platelet counts are at the moment. healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
Relevant factors in addition to your health history and what drugs/supplements you are taking are that BTK inhibitors tend to reduce clotting efficiency and the risk of bleeding increases with lower platelet counts.
