Second vaccine shot when COVID spike protein antibodies are high

Got my AZ vaccine on March 5th. Tested COVID-19 positive on March 28th. Had very mild case of COVID-19. My D-Dimer levels were high even at the beginning on July. My Covid-19 spike protein antibodies are high when tested two weeks ago.

Should I get my second dose now or should I wait for a few months, check my COVID antibodies before taking my next dose? I’m on wait and watch and am not taking any CLL treatment 🤞🙏

I'm not medically trained, but given your COVID-19 spike protein antibodies were high two weeks ago, it makes sense to wait a while. Your mild COVID-19 case seems to have boosted your immune system. Nice!
