Ibrutinib

Hi,

Are there people who use Ibrutinib and are on 1 capsule 120 mg every day and fell well?

I take one Imbruvica 140mg capsule per day. My numbers are good and I feel well. I have been on it for over five years. I have been taking only one 140mg capsule per day for 4 years.

My brother is 56 years old and weighs 75 kilos. From January 2020 he took Ibrutinib 3x120 mg a day, but from 6 months ago he takes 1 capsule 120 mg a day in the afternoon and he feels good. the pain in the joints and muscles has decreased. he had diarrhea as a side effect which is also better. he takes Yomogi capsules and Fastrun capsules as well.

I have been taking only 140 mg for 20 months with no ill effects. My numbers have stayed normal except for ACL being a little too low which is normal when on Ibrutinib. Nodes all remain normal size. Side effects have virtually disappeared.

Thank you for your answers. It feels good to hear that there are several who are on 1 capsule Ibrutinib 140 mg and are feeling well. it is important to know that my brother is not alone in that situation and there is hope.

I am there also. Would like to get to not taking it. Wonder if it could actually be dropped to one pill every other day?

I am taking ibrutinib since July 7th 2021, I was diagnosed with SLL Feb 2020 after feeling unwell and suffering with fatigue which progressed to CLL by march this year. My nodes have definatly reduced which is fantastic. I felt much better but do feel a bit down this week , mentally its exhausting as your waiting for side effects that might never come. As im on a clinical trial i will receive Venetoclax in October to add to the Ibrutinib I guess im getting anxious about this. I am generally a very positive active person but feel less so this week.
