I had my second COVID ( Pfizer) vaccination on February 23rd in USA. Starting about March 28th, I had a swollen knee and now have pain in hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders as well as back of head and neck. My oncologist said to not take the Imbruvica (Ibrutinib) for a week (until April 13). Do not know if related to COVID vaccination, to Imbruvica, or just a happening not related to the vaccination and medication. Anyone have any similar experience? Thanks!

From what I have read most adverse effects to the Covid-19 shot are in the first few days and not weeks later.
I had a similar situation. First few days only a bit of a sore arm, but more than a week later pain in my back and back of head and right wrist and hand (I had the second Pfizer vaccination in my right arm). It's mostly gone now, so I really don't know if it is related to the vaccine or not or just a coincidence.By the way I am on watch and wait since 2012.
I had aching joints 4 days after my AZ vaccine for a few days I’m on w&w. Seem ok now though
