With that complex medical history, you really should ask your doctor, particularly given the multiple allergy concern.

By the way, your lymphatic system health is probably much better than you think. I presume English may be your secondary language to Spanish? CLL and SLL are the same disease. They just vary in where the CLL/SLL cells collect. With CLL, they mainly accumulate in the blood. With the SLL form, the cancer cells mainly accumulate in lymph nodes (which I think might get confused with tumours when translating from Spanish). Acalabrutinib/Calquence should fairly soon reduce the swollen lymph node size. When it does this, often they spill into the blood, causing a temporary rise in the lymphocyte count. There they should eventually die - well unless stimulated to survive by taking beta glucans and AHHC :) .

Neil I was searching CSF and came across this post and you response.

In the past few weeks I have had 6 episodes of a water like substance come out of my right nostril. Is CFS related to SLL?

Thanks John

CFS as in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Cerebrospinal Fluid? Neither are related to SLL, though obviously there's fatigue in common with the former. I don't know the circumstances of the watery discharge from your nostril, but in addition to that being an obvious symptom of a respiratory infection, it could also be due to allergy or cold. It better not be Cerebrospinal Fluid, which is very rare and I think you'd have sought medical attention before now! medicalnewstoday.com/articl...

I am worried that it’s the cerebrospinal fluid. It’s a new thing over the past few weeks. I lean forward and a water fluid drips out. It could be sinus issues as I can never breath clearly from my nose. I take allergy meds everyday for 20 + years. I don’t have any other symptoms. I did have a procedure done on my neck were they inserted a needle between my disc’s in my neck several months ago. From a work accident, I was thinking maybe it’s from that. I’m just not sure , I do have an another procedure to inject nerve block in my shoulders next week.

I keep reading that CFS is rare but it seems like a lot of people have it. Again I hope it’s allergies but I’ve never had a water like fluid run out of my nose.

Thank you

John
