Has anyone experienced arterial flutter shortly after starting Imbruvica. If so how was it treated. I am 6 weeks on Imbruvica and experiencing arterial flutter.

since you've just started i would try to get switched to calquence(acalabrutinib) . causes less AF than imbruvica(ibrutinib). they are both btk inhibitors
Yes. Cardiologist put me on Toprol XL 50 mg daily. AFIB disappeared and no noticeable side effects.
